• We ship across India through trusted courier partners
• Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days (may vary based on location)
• Shipping charges may apply based on order value and location
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

Return Policy:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags and labels must be intact
• Return shipping costs may apply
• Certain products (intimate wear, personalized items) are non-returnable

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refunds will be via bank transfer
